~ Both HealthGram and Meritain/UMR are accepted as out-of-network. If you have insurance I will be able to contact your provider to find out if Acupuncture might be covered under your current plan.

~ Cancellation Policy: A full day’s notice is required to cancel an appointment without being charged, as this allows time to open up the appointment to others who might be on the wait-list. Any appointment not canceled by 5:00 p.m. the previous day to your scheduled appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.
